Started Feb 2014 .Vastava Manasa- DTCP approved residential layout has more to offer. We are planning to set up “HALE MYSURU”- a heritage club that aims at providing club facilities to plot owners. The state-of- the-art club house, cottages, restaurant, swimming pool, and indoor games.

This has been dream project for us since the inception of Vastava in 2012. Vasatava Manasa is situated at Taloor on sprawling 22 acres of land amidst Mother Nature. Two hundred and seventy two plots (272) of various dimensions have been developed to suit budgets.
